Kingsland, GA- The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour traveled to Kingsland, Georgia to play the Laurel Island Junior Shootout at the Laurel Island Links and in the Boys 13-15 division, Corey Carlson of Green Cove Springs fired a 6-under for the overall title.
Carlson shot a four-under par, 68, for the first round, with the help of five birdies, he then came back the final round and shot another great round of two-under par, 70, for a tournament total six-under par of 138 and the Boys 13-15 title, as well as the overall Boys title.
For the tournament, Carlson had the best par-3 and par-4 performance and the most birdies in his division.
