Following is the latest Crime Watch report from the Clay County Sheriff's Office Community Relations Division:
Thefts
On 02/26 a trolling motor was stolen from an unsecured canoe in the back yard of a residence on Klare Drive (KLARE ESTATES) in Keystone Heights.
On 02/28 a mail box was stolen from a residence on Dandelion Street (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 02/28 an outside air conditioning unit was stolen from a residence on Hibiscus Avenue (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg. There were no signs of forced entry although the rear door was found open.
Burglary to structures
On 02/26 a stove and refrigerator were stolen from an unoccupied residence on Alameda Way (EAST CASA GRANDE) in Keystone Heights. Entry was made by prying open the rear doors.
On 02/26 a wedding ring and a .22 caliber rifle were stolen from a residence on Cherokee Court (LAKEVIEW ESTATES) in Keystone Heights. Entry was made by prying the front door open.
On 02/27 the T-Mobile store, and the Super Nails and Facial store on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park was vandalized. The front security gate at the T-Mobile store was forced and holes were made in the walls between the two stores. A flat screen television was stolen from the Super Nails and Facial store.
On 02/28 a cash register was damaged and cash taken at the business of Ton’s Pizza on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park. Entry was made by tossing a cement block through the front window.
On 02/28 the garage door was forced open at a residence on Cold Harbor Court in Middleburg. Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence.
On 02/28 a tin, containing cash, was stolen from a residence on Clinton Drive in Orange Park.
On 02/28 an attempted burglary was made at a residence on Farm Way (ORANGE PARK SOUTH) in Middleburg. The suspect was chased off by the property owner.
Burglary to autos
On 02/26 a GPS unit was stolen from an unsecured vehicle at a residence on Pineta Cove Drive in Middleburg.
On 01/27 a duffle bag containing rodeo equipment was stolen from an unlocked tool box in the bed of a pickup truck at a residence on County Road 214.
On 02/28 a radio was stolen from an unsecured truck at a residence on Cocoa Avenue (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 02/28 a revolver was stolen from the front seat of an unlocked vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Ball Street (HIGHRIDGE ESTATES) in Keystone Heights.
Criminal mischief
On 02/26 numerous scratches were found on the hood, passenger door and driver’s door on a vehicle in an apartment complex on County Road 220.
On 02/26 a window was broken in a room at a property on Park Avenue in Orange Park.

Strong armed robbery
On 02/25 a woman on foot was robbed of her money and cell phone by three (3) unknown individuals in a vehicle in the area of Oakside Drive and Oakleaf Village Parkway (OAKLEAF PLANTATION) in Orange Park. The vehicle approached the victim and stopped with the two (2) passengers getting out. One of the suspects struck the victim in the face, stole her money and cell phone. All three (3) suspects fled the scene.
On 02/23 cash was missing from a safe at Outreach of America on East Industrial Loop in Orange Park. It is not known if the safe was locked.
On 02/24 an unlocked pickup truck, with the keys left on the floorboard, was stolen from the driveway at a residence on Turtle Dove Drive (OLDE SUTTON OAKS) in Orange Park.
On 02/24 an unattended cell phone was stolen from the ladies rest room at Taco Bell on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
On 02/25 an unattended IPOD was stolen from the intensive reading class at Orange Park High School on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park.
On 02/25 an attempt was made to steal a motorcycle from an unlocked shed in the rear of a residence on County Road 220
On 02/23 two (2) television sets were stolen from a residence on Farm Way (ORANGE PARK SOUTH) in Middleburg. Entry was made through a sliding dining room window.
On 02/23 tools, jewelry and meds were stolen from a residence on Harvest Way in Middleburg. There were no signs of forced entry.
On 02/23 a water treatment system was vandalized and damaged outside of the carport area of a residence on Deer Springs Road (DEER SPRINGS FARM) in Keystone Heights.
On 02/24 a washer, dryer, stove, couch and a bookshelf were stolen from a residence on Green Oaks Lane (BRANAN OAKS ESTATES) in Middleburg. There was no evidence of forced entry.
On 02/23 a computer monitor was stolen from an unlocked pickup truck in the parking lot of Home Depot on Branan Field Road in Middleburg. Also, a tool bag was stolen from the bed of the truck.
On 02/23 a pair of sunglasses was stolen from an unlocked work van at a residence on Mallow Court (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 02/24 a bounce house, fishing poles, tools and cash were stolen from a motor home at a residence on Cherokee Court (LAKEVIEW ESTATES) in Keystone Heights. Entry was made by forcing the rear door to the motor home.
Criminal mischief
On 02/24 a fence was broken and a hole was cut in an above ground swimming pool at a residence on Wavering Lane in Middleburg.
On 02/24 graffiti was sprayed on steel pilings at the business of Piling Products on Center Street in Green Cove Springs.
Thefts:
On 02/19 two (2) leg rests were stolen from an unattended wheelchair on the porch of a residence on Hercules Drive East (MEADOWBROOK) in Orange Park.
On 02/19 a Florida tag was stolen from a pickup truck in the parking lot of Rodeway Inn on Park Avenue in Orange Park.
On 02/20 an unsecured boat trailer was stolen from the side of a residence on Peppergrass Street (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 02/20 a jackhammer was stolen from a utility trailer at a residence on Colorado Avenue in Keystone Heights. There were no signs of forced entry.
On 02/21 an unattended purse was stolen from beneath a seat at the Celebration Church on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park.
Burglary to Structures:
On 02/20 a Nintendo game, an Xbox, and several games were stolen from a residence on Riverwood Drive (RIVERWOOD TERRACE) in Orange Park. There was no evidence of forced entry.
On 02/20 an unsecured firearm (handgun) was stolen from a dresser drawer at a residence on Lily Lake Road in Melrose.
Burglary to Autos:
On 02/19 a stereo faceplate was stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Joseph Hewes Court in Orange Park.
On 02/21 two (2) unlocked vehicles were burglarized at a residence on Summerbrook Drive (SUMMERBROOK) in Middleburg. An IPod was taken from one vehicle; a revolver, cash, camera and a hard drive were taken from the second vehicle.
On 02/21 a GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Highfield Lane in Middleburg.
On 02/21 a GPS unit and an IPod were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Weathered Pine Court in Middleburg.
On 02/21 a GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Whisper Creek Boulevard (WHISPER CREEK) in Middleburg.
Criminal Mischief:
On 02/19 a long key mark was scratched on the hood of a vehicle at Orange Park High School on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park.
On 02/19 an unknown vehicle drove over the grassy area of several areas on Autumn Cove Circle in Orange Park.
On 02/21 the right rear tires were cut on two (2) vehicles at a residence on Sunrise Village Drive (SUNRISE VILLAGE) in Orange Park.
On 02/21 a window was smashed out on a vehicle in the parking lot of Chili’s Restaurant on East West Parkway in Fleming Island/Orange Park.
Thefts:
On 02/15 an unattended purse was stolen from the food court at the Orange Park Mall on Wells Road in Orange Park.
On 02/15 a cell phone and Ipod were stolen from an unattended pair of pants on the floor of the Amenities center on Eagle Landing Parkway (OAKLEAF PLANTATION) in Orange Park.
On 02/17 a vehicle was stolen from the driveway at a residence on Bedrock Drive (OAKLEAF PLANTATION) in Orange Park.
On 02/17 a Florida tag and bolts were stolen from a boat trailer at Black Creek boat ramp on Old Ferry Road in Green Cove Springs.
On 02/17 a decal was stolen from the tag on a company van owned by the business of Pinch A Penny on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
On 02/17 an unsecured handgun was stolen from a nightstand at a residence on Falkirk Court in Orange Park.
On 02/17 an unattended Eagle Scout ring was stolen from the checkout counter at the Cedar Food Mart on Arora Boulevard (MEADOWBROOK) in Orange Park.
On 02/17 a registration decal was stolen from a Florida tag on a vehicle at a residence on West Hidden Waters Drive in Green Cove Springs.
On 02/18 an unattended cell phone was stolen at Cadillac Ranch on Wells Road in Orange Park.
On 02/18 a Florida tag was stolen from a vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Evergreen Lane (GREENWOOD) in Middleburg.
On 02/18 the side skirts on a Honda Civic were stolen at a residence on Debarry Avenue (GROVE PARK) in Orange Park.
On 02/18 unattended cash was stolen from a room at The Allegro on Highway 17.
On 02/18 an unsecured log splitter was stolen from the yard of a residence on Long Horn Road (LONGHORN ACRES) in Middleburg.
On 02/18 a Florida tag was stolen from a trailer at a residence on Kiowa Avenue (TANGLEWOOD) in Orange Park.
Burglary to Structures:
On 02/16 an unsecured firearm (handgun) was stolen from the headboard of a bed at a residence on Huntington Court (GOLDSBORO) in Middleburg. The firearm was last seen in November 2009.
On 02/16 An Ipod was stolen from a residence on Big Branch Road in Middleburg. There was no evidence of forced entry.
On 02/17 copper conductors between the main circuit breaker and the power pole were stolen from a building undergoing remodeling on Orange Park Northway in Orange Park.
Burglary to Autos:
On 02/15 an XM Satellite receiver was stolen from a jeep at a residence on Carlotta Road (COPPERGATE) in Middleburg. The door handle was removed and located on the ground in the front yard.
Criminal Mischief:
On 02/15 a vehicle was keyed along both sides from front to rear in the parking lot in front of Belk in the Orange Park Mall on Wells Road in Orange Park.
On 02/15 a vehicle was keyed along the passenger side front and rear doors at a residence on Old Orange Park Road (Saint John’s Pointe Apartments) in Orange Park.
On 02/18 a BB was fired through the front window of a residence on Ridge Haven Drive (EAST GLENHAVEN) in Green Cove Springs.

On 02/13 an unattended purse was stolen from the business of The Puppy Spot on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
On 02/13 a mailbox and post were removed from the ground and stolen from a residence on West Rainey Avenue (LAKESIDE ESTATES) in Orange Park.
On 02/13 a tip jar was stolen from the business of Maggie Moos ice cream shop on Wells Road in Orange Park.
On 02/13 a 1998 Honda Civic was stolen from the parking lot at the Orange Perk Kennel Club in Orange Park.
On 02/14 a Florida tag was stolen from a vehicle at the Lakeshore boat ramp on Lakeshore Drive (NEILHURST) in Orange Park.

On 02/12 copper wire and circuit breakers were stolen from electrical boxes at the former Barnhills on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park. Entry was made by prying the rear door lock.
On 02/12 an air compressor, tools and car stereo equipment were stolen from a storage area in the rear of a residence on White Sands Avenue in Keystone Heights. Entry was made by breaking the lock off of the door.
On 02/12 an attempted burglary was made at a residence on Horton Drive (GROVE PARK) in Orange Park. Entry was made through a rear sliding door. Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence.
On 02/13 an electric generator that was chained to a pole under a carport was stolen from a residence on Honeydew Circle (BUNDY PARK) in Melrose.

On 02/13 a backpack containing personal items and a stereo faceplate were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Indigo Avenue (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 02/14 a GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Iceni Court (COPPERGATE) in Middleburg.

On 02/08 a suspect walked up to the Pepsi machine in Publix Grocery Store on Blanding Boulevard, opened the door and stole the money. The suspect then departed the store on foot.
On 02/08 a Florida license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence on Jill Street in Middleburg.
On 02/08 a wallet and cell phone left unattended on a bench at the YMCA on Town Center Boulevard was stolen.
On 02/09 an IPOD was stolen from an unsecured backpack during the school day at Keystone Heights Junior High School on Orchid Avenue in Keystone Heights.
On 02/09 a Florida license plate decal was stolen from a vehicle parked at a residence on Jill Street in Middleburg.
On 02/09 a bicycle laying down in the center of the driveway at a residence on Cody Drive (BELLAIR) in Orange Park was stolen.
On 02/10 an enclosed storage trailer was stolen from the back lot of U-Haul on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
On 02/10 a variety of construction materials were stolen from inside a locked gate at a construction site on Westover Road in Orange Park.
On 02/10 a stainless steel propeller was stolen from an unsecured boat in a boat house at a residence on Oaklanding Lane.
On 02/10 multiple cylinders of propane were stolen from a convenience store on College Drive in Orange Park. The lock that secured the storage bin that housed the cylinders was cut off.
On 02/11 an unlocked bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at Ridaught Elementary School on Apalachicola Boulevard (RIDAUGHT LANDING) in Middleburg.
On 02/11 cables securing a floating barge were untied and the barge was stolen from the rear of a residence on Foxtail Avenue (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 02/11 an unattended Ipod and cell phone were stolen from a bathroom stall at Middleburg High School on County Road 220 in Middleburg.
On 02/11 an electric meter was stolen from a pole at a residence on Bluebell Avenue (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
Burglary to structures
On 02/08 there was an attempt to burglarize a residence on Oakleaf Plantation Parkway in Orange Park. The front door was damaged by someone possibly using their body to try to force the front door open which caused the interior door frame to break.
On 02/08 an Xbox player and games were stolen from a residence on Capella Road (MEADOWBROOK) in Orange Park. Entry was made by cutting away the screen and prying the rear door open.
On 02/08 money and other items were stolen from a residence on Honeydew Circle (BUNDY PARK) in Melrose. Entry was made by shattering the window in the back door.
On 02/10 a tiller was stolen from a shed with a faulty lock at a residence on Silver Spur Court (FOXMEADOW) in Middleburg.
Burglary to autos
On 02/10 a radio was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the driveway of a residence on South Rainey Avenue (LAKESIDE ESTATES) in Orange Park.
On 02/10 an Ipod was stolen from an unlocked pickup truck at the baseball field of Orange Park High School on Kingsley Avenue in orange Park.
On 02/10 a GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked van in the driveway of a residence on Harden Avenue (LAKESIDE ESTATES) in Orange Park.
On 02/11 cash was stolen from a wallet left unsecured in an unlocked vehicle in front of a residence on Backwater Drive in Middleburg.
Criminal mischief
On 02/08 the front door and screen were damaged by golf ball size rocks at a residence on Biloxi Trail (RIDAUGHT LANDING) in Middleburg.
On 02/08 over the weekend Graffiti was written on the board in a portable class room at Doctor’s Inlet Elementary School in Middleburg.
On 02/08 a window in a portable class room had BB size holes shot in it at Lakeside Elementary School In Orange Park.
On 02/10 a window was found broken at the Lakeside Elementary School on Moody Avenue in Orange Park.
On 02/10 the passenger’s side window of a vehicle was shattered in the parking lot of Middleburg High School in Middleburg.
On 02/11 an employee’s vehicle was keyed on the driver’s side doors in the rear parking lot of the Thai Garden Restaurant on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
On 02/11 a tire on an employee’s vehicle was punctured in the rear parking lot of The Thai Garden Restaurant on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
On 02/11 a vehicle was keyed on the driver’s side door in the parking lot of the AMC Theaters on Wells Road in Orange Park.
Robbery Unarmed:
On 01/26 around 1:15 p.m., a man approached a female victim as she was entering her vehicle in Walgreens parking lot on North Lawrence Boulevard in Keystone Heights and stated “Do not scream, do not make any noise, just give me your money.” The victim handed over her purse. The suspect removed cash from the victim’s purse and walked across the parking lot and onto North Lawrence Boulevard.
Thefts:
On 01/25 an unattended purse was stolen from the ladies restroom in the AMC Theater in the Orange Park Mall on Wells Road in Orange Park.
On 01/25 a license plate decal sticker was stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of a residence on Madison Avenue in Orange Park.
On 01/26 an iPod was stolen from an unattended backpack in the library at Clay High School on West State Road 16.
On 01/26 an unattended laptop computer was stolen from the cafeteria of Fleming Island High School in Orange Park.
On 01/26 solar panels were stolen from electric gates at two (2) residences on Long Horn Road (LONGHORN ACRES) in Middleburg.

On 01/27 an unattended television set, that was left on a door step for Fed Ex pick up, was stolen from a residence on Whisper Creek Boulevard (WHISPER CREEK) in Middleburg.
On 01/27 a cell phone and ATM card was stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot of Lifestyle Fitness on Wells Road in Orange Park. There were no signs of forced entry.
On 01/28 an iPhone was stolen from an unattended backpack in the gym locker room at Clay High School on West State Road 16.
On 01/28 an air conditioning unit was stolen from the side of a residence on Acadia Street in Middleburg.
On 01/28 a cell phone was stolen from an unlocked locker at Orange Park High School on Kingsley Avenue in Orange Park.
On 01/29 the propeller was stolen from a boat hanging from a hoist on the dock at a residence on Shady Oak Lane (SHADY OAKS) in Orange Park.
On 01/29 a backpack left unsecured in a classroom at Clay High School in Green Cove Springs was stolen.
On 01/29 a pressure washer was stolen from the yard at a residence on Blue Ridge Court in Keystone Heights.
On 01/29 the Freon was stolen from the air conditioner unit at a residence on Creek Hollow Lane (THE RAVINES) in Middleburg.
On 01/30 a solar panel was stolen from the front electric gate at a residence on Long Horn Road (LONGHORN ACRES) in Middleburg.
Burglary to Structures:
On 01/25 a laptop computer was stolen from a portable computer lab at Orange Park Junior High School on Gano Avenue in Orange Park. Entry was made by breaking out a front window pane. Two (2) other portables were broken into but nothing was missing.
On 01/26 an unsecured handgun was stolen from a residence on Nolan Road in Middleburg.
On 01/27 a residence was vandalized on Lake Geneva Lane in Keystone Heights.
On 01/28 a television set, a laptop computer and several other items were stolen from a residence on Highway 301 North. Entry was made by prying the front door frame.
On 01/29 a residence on Water Lily Court (BLACK CREEK PARK) in Middleburg was broken to. Entry was made by forcing open the front door. There were three (3) dogs inside the residence when the burglary occurred; a search of the residence revealed no missing items.
On 01/29 a vacant residence on Silver Sands Circle (BIG TREE) in Keystone Heights was broken into. Entry was made by prying open the back door. Nothing was taken from inside the residence but the outside air conditioner unit was stolen.
Burglary to Autos:
On 01/25 a CD player and a book bag were stolen from a vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Pawnee Street (TANGLEWOOD) in Orange Park. Entry was made by “popping” the driver’s side door lock.
On 01/25 a purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of Child Time Daycare on Town Center Boulevard (EAGLE HARBOR) in Orange Park.
On 01/25 a purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot of Kindercare Learning Center on Eagle Harbor Parkway (EAGLE HARBOR) in Orange Park.
On 01/26 an ignition key and wallet were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at a residence on Darlene Road in Middleburg.
On 01/26 tools were stolen from a truck in the parking lot of Dollar General on Highway 17 in Green Cove Springs. Entry was made by reaching into the driver’s side window and opening the door.
Criminal Mischief:
On 01/25 the glass in a rear door was shattered in an unoccupied mobile home on Barley Street (JACKSONVILLE SOUTH) in Middleburg.
On 01/25 a tire was slashed on a vehicle in the parking lot of residence on State Road 100 in Keystone Heights.
On 01/25 two (2) driver’s side tires were found flat on a vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Gano Avenue in Orange Park. The valve stems were removed from both rims.
On 01/27 two (2) dents were made in the garage door of a residence on Fernleaf Drive (SILVER CREEK) in Green Cove Springs.
On 01/27 the passenger’s side of a vehicle was scratched along the rear door to the end of the fender at Clay High School on State Road 16.
On 01/27 a floodlight was damaged at the south sign to the entrance of the neighborhood on Southampton Drive (SOUTHAMPTON) in Middleburg.
On 01/28 the rear window was shattered on a vehicle in the driveway of a residence on Hollybay Road (LAKESIDE ESTATES) in Orange Park.
