GREEN COVE SPRINGS -- The Clay County Supervisor of Elections Office will offer a free informational workshop Thursday, Feb. 25, for anyone interested in running for political office.
The program, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., will occur in the Board of County Commissioners’ meeting room i the county Administration Building. Attendees will learn about how to file for office, how much it will cost, the petition process and other related details.
Supervisor of Elections Chris H. Chambless will be on-hand to answer any questions. Candidate treasurers are welcome and reservations are not required. Call (904)269-6350 for further details.
